Mombasa Marine National Park & Reserve
Our diving area is located within a protected coastal ecosystem that preserves healthy coral reefs and a high diversity of marine life. Extensive reef structures formed by brain coral, acropora, stag’s horn, and plate corals create a stable habitat for reef fish, turtles, rays, and numerous invertebrates. Through controlled access and strict fishing restrictions, the marine park plays a key role in protecting these warm tropical waters and maintaining the long-term balance of the marine environment near Nyali and Bamburi beaches.
